A very special, magical piece to add to my collection of Syma's works. My mother purchased my first bell, from Syma's "one-of-kind" series, back in 1980, before she fell into the shadows of Alzheimer's Disease. I've cherished it since then, it's not just a bell, but an object of affection that's close to my heart..and like Syma says, "I make these works to remind myself that in life, nothing is ever what it seems to be..." Forty one years later, I'm thrilled start a proper collection of her work.
